1. Our Trusted Logistics Partner To guarantee that your smart fit coats and exclusive waistcoats arrive securely and in pristine condition, we have partnered with TCS, Pakistan’s premier courier service. Their reliable network ensures a seamless delivery experience from our doors to yours.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Every garment undergoes a final, meticulous quality inspection before it is carefully packaged in our signature Kamal Clan branding.

  • Orders placed are typically processed and dispatched from our studio within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Please note that our master tailors do not dispatch orders on Sundays or national holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines Once your package is handed over to TCS, you can expect prompt delivery.

  • Standard Nationwide Delivery: 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan.
  • Note: Deliveries to remote areas may occasionally require an additional 24 to 48 hours.

4. Shipping Fees We believe in complete transparency. Shipping charges are calculated based on your exact location and the weight of your tailored pieces. All applicable TCS delivery fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase, ensuring there are no surprises.

Because we do not rely on automated portals, your tracking details will be provided directly to you.
