  • Order Processing & Confirmation While we strive to fulfill every request, order verification at checkout is not considered a final order confirmation. KamalClan reserves the right to cancel or delay shipments in the rare event of stock unavailability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, you will be notified promptly.
  • Address Accuracy To ensure your smart fit coats and waistcoats arrive without delay, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address and active phone number at the time of checkout. KamalClan is not liable for delayed or returned shipments resulting from incorrect contact details.
  • Delivery Timelines We aim to process and dispatch all orders as swiftly as possible to provide you with the best possible service. While we work hard to avoid any delays, some orders may occasionally require additional processing time. 1. Our Trusted Logistics Partner To guarantee that your smart fit coats and exclusive waistcoats arrive securely and in pristine condition, we have partnered with TCS, Pakistan’s premier courier service. Their reliable network ensures a seamless delivery experience from our doors to yours.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Every garment undergoes a final, meticulous quality inspection before it is carefully packaged in our signature Kamal Clan branding.

  • Orders placed are typically processed and dispatched from our studio within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Please note that our master tailors do not dispatch orders on Sundays or national holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines Once your package is handed over to TCS, you can expect prompt delivery.

  • Standard Nationwide Delivery: 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan.
  • Note: Deliveries to remote areas may occasionally require an additional 24 to 48 hours.

4. Shipping Fees We believe in complete transparency. Shipping charges are calculated based on your exact location and the weight of your tailored pieces. All applicable TCS delivery fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase, ensuring there are no surprises.

5. Order Tracking & Security The moment your order is dispatched via TCS, our team will generate a unique tracking number. Because we do not rely on automated portals, your tracking details will be provided directly to you. Your package is fully secured during transit, ensuring your investment is protected until you sign for it.

6. Unforeseen Delays While TCS is highly reliable, occasional delays due to extreme weather, logistical disruptions, or peak holiday seasons can occur. Should this happen, our concierge team actively monitors your shipment and will keep you informed every step of the way.
