At KamalClan, we are committed to delivering precision-tailored premium outerwear. We strive for complete customer satisfaction. The policy outlined below applies to all waistcoats and coats purchased directly through our online store.

Exchange & Return Eligibility

  • The 1-Week Guarantee: All products purchased online can be exchanged or returned within 7 days (1 week), provided they meet the conditions below.
  • Valid Reasons for Exchange/Return:
    • The garment received has a manufacturing defect.
    • The incorrect size, style, or color was delivered.
    • The product does not match the original specifications provided on our website.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

To ensure a smooth process, please ensure your garment meets the following criteria:

  • The coat or waistcoat must be unworn, unwashed, and completely intact.
  • Free from any alterations, scents, or signs of wear.
  • All original KamalClan tags, labels, and packaging must be attached and undamaged.
  • Articles purchased during a “SALE” or promotional clearance are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Exchanges are applicable one time only per order.

The Return & Exchange Process

Please read the following procedure carefully to avoid any confusion:

  1. Notify Us Promptly: Prior to shipping any return to KamalClan, you must notify our support team within 3 days of receiving your package. You can reach us by calling [+923342518023] or by writing to us at [kamaldigitalagency1@gmail.com].
  2. Shipping the Garment: The customer is responsible for the return shipment costs.
  3. Inspection & Approval: Once we receive the returned item, our quality team will inspect it to ensure all tags and conditions are met.
  4. Refunds: After the approval of your request, KamalClan will process your refund via bank transfer. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s). Please allow up to two weeks for the refund processing to be completed.

4. Logistics & Fees

As a boutique operation focused on craftsmanship, we ask our clients to handle the logistics of an exchange:

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the delivery charges incurred when sending products back to our Quetta studio for exchange.
  • Re-delivery: Any shipping fees for the new exchanged item will be the responsibility of the customer.
